We’re huge fans of IFTTT and have had a basic integration with them since day one—but until now it’s been pretty limited. Basically you could create a recipe that said “if something happens, then increment or update a number in Numerous”. Nice. Not thrilling, but nice. That just changed in a huge way.
We’ve just launched a massive update to the Numerous Channel for IFTTT, enabling a two-way, real-time bridge between their world of events and our world of numbers. What that means is that every app, device, and service that connects to Numerous now connects to IFTTT.
Numerous brings Apple Health, Tesla, SpaceX, and Google Analytics, Sheets, and Calendar into the IFTTT world. Numbers from all of those things and dozens more—including the seven new channels we launched last week—can trigger recipes. “OK, neat. But what does that mean to me?” you ask. Well, here are just a few examples of recipes you can now build:
We could go on forever but you get the idea. Worlds have collided, creating endless possibilities.
We're incredibly excited and can't wait to see what you build. Check out the Numerous Channel for IFTTT (paying particular attention to the new Triggers) and let us know what you come up with.
